    Palliative Care Outcomes Collaboration (PCOC) is a voluntary, quality initiative that assists participating palliative care services to measure continuous improvement in the quality and effectiveness of their services. PCOC collects and uses standardised data and assessment tools enabling services throughout Australia to develop a common language to describe patients and their acuity.
